Blue Zoo Bay – A Place to Play

We are so pleased to have you here at Blue Zoo Bay.

House Rules:  

If you fish, please dispose of all fish remains into the bay and do not place remains in trash cans, in or around the house or on the pier area.  Please do not place any fish in the refrigerator or freezer. Please use your ice chest for fish.  There is no smoking in or around the property, where smoke may blow into the house. You may use any outdoor seating on the side of the house or across Water Street, where you will find a picnic table and two chaise lounge chairs.

Check-out instructions:

1) Please wash dishes with hot water and soap and place them in the dish drying  back before leaving the home;

2) All garbage must be bagged and taken to the trash cans outside on the north end of the home; (Do not place trash into recycle can unless it is recyclable material.) Place trash cans on curb by driveway on THURSDAY EVENING, otherwise leave at the side of the house.

3) Remove all bedding sheets and stack them on top of each bed. Place used towels in washing machine.

4) Please turn the air conditioning to 76°F before leaving;

5) Please make sure the barbecue pit is clean if you use it and that the gas tank knob is on the off position.     

Check-out is at 10 AM. Our housekeepers’ schedules are very tight. During normal business hours please call the office at 512-796-0648 if you need anything.  Have a great stay at Blue Zoo Bay.
